The Site provides general information about our services, engines and parts. We work to keep it accurate, but content may contain errors or be out of date. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer.

Inventory, pricing and availability

Engines and parts listed on the Site are subject to prior sale. Quantities, descriptions, photos and any listed prices are for reference only and may change without notice. Final pricing, availability, warranty and terms are confirmed only in a written quote or invoice from WTIE. Any OEM price shown is for comparison only.

Non-OEM parts and trademarks

WTIE sells non-OEM replacement parts. Manufacturer names and part numbers, including Caterpillar, Cat, Waukesha, Cummins, Detroit and White Superior, are used only to identify the engines and parts our products fit or replace. They are trademarks of their respective owners, and their use does not imply that WTIE is affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by those companies. IPD and Maxiforce are trademarks of their respective owners.

Services

Engine overhauls, machine shop work, field service and service contracts are governed by the quote, work order or contract for that job, not by these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it in a way that burdens our systems, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Site’s text, photos, logos and design are owned by WTIE or used with permission and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own business use, but you may not copy, modify or republish Site content without our written permission.

Third-party services and links

The Site includes content and links from third parties, such as Google Maps and EmailMeForm. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tom Green County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
